Ingredients: 4 chocolate brownies (store-bought or leftover); 4 scoops vanilla ice cream; 100 ml chocolate sauce; 50 g (1/2 cup) walnuts, chopped; Whipped cream, to serve; 4 maraschino cherries (optional)

Ingredients

4 chocolate brownies (store-bought or leftover)
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
100 ml chocolate sauce
50 g (1/2 cup) walnuts, chopped
Whipped cream, to serve
4 maraschino cherries (optional)

Method

Warm brownies slightly in the microwave (20 seconds).
Place each brownie in a bowl and top with a scoop of ice cream.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce, add whipped cream, walnuts and a cherry.

Tip: A warm brownie with cold ice cream is the magic combo.
